A recent Microsoft engagement saw Christina responsible for coordinating more than 110 conference sessions for Microsoft’s Solution Sales Specialist Summit (“S4”) – a twice-yearly in-person conference for Microsoft’s specialist sales force. As the Content Consultant for the S4 Cloud + Enterprise Sales track, Christina worked closely with the Track Program Manager to develop the track structure and manage the hundreds of stakeholders involved. This included driving the content development process, managing session logistics, managing stakeholder communications, and operating as part of a matrixed organization including track-specific and conference-wide teams. In addition to her work with the Cloud + Enterprise Sales team, Christina also provided strategic guidance and training to the conference team in process delivery and collaboration tools such as SharePoint and OneNote.
As a Product Manager and Trainer for Agilysys/InfoGenesis Christina spent eight years creating and delivering training programs, custom courses, curriculum courseware and conference content. With a role that included delivering onsite training over periods of weeks or months for Agilysis/InfoGenesis clients such as casinos, cruise ships and resorts, Christina became adept at arriving in new client environments, rapidly assimilating the clients’ culture and operating environment, and quickly developing the necessary relationships to ensure project success.
Christina has also worked as a Systems and HR training specialist for Select Staffing and as a Conference Services Manager for Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA.
Education and Interests:
Christina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Spanish from Westmont College, Santa Barbara, CA. She loves exploring life and her interests range from boating and motorcycling to music and theater.
