SEATTLE, Wash., January 2018 – As King County residents themselves, the team at Onit Management Consulting is delighted at the opportunity to work with the King County Local Hazardous Waste Management Program (LHWMP) to revise and enhance the program’s approach to project management. The Onit team is partnering with LHWMP leaders and staff to rethink how LHWMP manages its projects, and given the unique challenges of a complex multi-agency initiative, LHWMP was particularly interested in Onit’s communications-driven approach to program delivery. Onit’s scope includes assessing LHWMP’s current project practices, developing new tools and processes, and creating an organizational training, adoption and change management program to implement new project and program management best practices.
