On a recent project for the legal department at JP Morgan Chase, Laura participated in the improvement and integration of technology systems, as well as the creation of an onboarding training program that improved certification rates by 97% and employee satisfaction by 99%. Laura collaborated in redesigning systems to create customer-friendly and easy-to-use options, saving the legal department both time and money. At healthcare manufacturer, New Stetic Laura developed a culture of service that improved customer satisfaction by 20% and certification rates above 97% for an e-learning training recertification program. SAMPLE PROJECTS:
At Verizon, Claire led an internal initiative driving new technology processes, outsourcing, and machine learning software into business delivery for Verizon’s Business Markets organization. This was a three-year project of redefining work for either a new machine learning automation capability or for outsourcing with third party providers. Claire had to develop teams and comprehensive project plans to ensure collaboration internally and externally on execution. She planned organizational change of roles and skills, as well as developing new work processes in alignment with IT requirements and with third party teams. Claire coached work teams on the changes and defined leadership programs to enable organizational alignment and support for new operating models.
At MCI, Claire was brought in at senior executive levels (“C-suite”) to remediate an underperforming business unit that was delivering revenue loss and facing potential legal impacts. Claire assessed the situation and developed a remediation plan, including interviews with key stakeholders and clients to do root cause analysis, and employee roundtables to gather front-line feedback. Claire created new project plans and approaches, as well as new communication tools to help coach managers and supervisors in specific remediation steps as well as redefining how business processes were performed.
For Executive Women’s Forum (EWF), Claire developed an assessment of the organization’s opportunities for growth, then defined a strategic plan for 2022. This included an assessment of their entire membership community, encompassing a member satisfaction survey and member engagement interviews. The assessment and plan development were a 9-month project that included competitive assessment, growth strategies, and development of digital tools to increase membership and expand revenue opportunities.

On a recent project for Donaldson Filtration Systems observed Charles performed end-to-end Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation, which impacted more than 20,000 stakeholders across four continents. Charles conducted numerous discovery workshops (i.e. vision identification, stakeholder analyses, branding/communications, training, persona identification, etc.)
to ensure the OCM strategy would allow for a successful transformation. Charles also led communications initiatives, focusing on stakeholder awareness and leadership engagement. In addition, Charles stood-up a Change Champion network consisting of more than 60 global leaders, and advised on the development of training materials for new processes and for the new CRM system. To ensure Donaldson would be able to maintain adoption after he left the project Charles incorporated a Center of Excellence, providing a centralized hub for the company’s burgeoning Dynamics expertise.At Dow Chemical Company, Charles led the largest transformation project in the history of a global fortune 500 company. The project impacted more than 100,000 stakeholders across 15 different business units, and was focused on the merger between Dow Chemical Company and DuPont de Nemours, Inc. Charles was responsible for designing a comprehensive Organizational Change Management program that focused on leadership engagement, and communications support. Charles conducted numerous workshops during the implementation, including facilitating leadership understanding of the OCM process, resistance management, and stakeholder awareness. Through statistical analyses, Charles was able to locate barriers to adoption across the organization, such as the need to improve leadership engagement in specific business units, as well as identifying business units that were embracing the transformation.

For the Washington State Office of Minority and Women’s Business Enterprises (OMWBE) Bernice served as OCM communications lead for a project rolling out Access Equity, a statewide tool to help agencies better engage with, and track and report contracting spend with minority- and women-owned businesses.
At Southern California Edison, Bernice provided change management consultation, advice, and guidance for emergency and wildfire prevention, mitigation, and response activities. The work included implementation of change management strategies and tactics that integrated both compliance and operations activities, while guiding communications, active engagement, and resistance management with internal and external stakeholders including state and federal officials, community organizations, emergency responders, and customers. The effort required just-in-time and time-sensitive communications and training of various stakeholder groups including field personnel, business readiness, customer service, vendors, and public-facing partners to ensure they were ready, prepared, and able to support technology enhancements and changes to their wildfire safety and risk mitigation measures in reducing the risk of future wildfires.
Additionally, Bernice does intersectional research on socioeconomic inequity and social mobility of first-generation professionals, or professionals from working-class backgrounds. She advises organizations on DE&I strategies, conducts evaluations of DE&I programs, and creates practical interventions to drive change for optimizing diverse perspectives and talent contributions.

At WA Health Care Authority, DeWayne helped define an operating model for a Data and Analytics team to support an Enterprise Data Warehouse Amazon Web Serves cloud-based transformation initiative. He coached and ramped up teams and rolled out the Information Management strategy and Data Governance functions within the program teams. He led the transformation to Lean and Agile principles within the executive, product management, development, and operational / support teams. He also supported hiring and activating the team of architects, analysts, engineers, and testers for the program team and agency.
At Amazon DeWayne helped Launch Third-Party Logistics and Transportation by Amazon, increasing revenue by $97 million within the first year. He also led additional enterprise-wide programs for Jeff Bezos’ direct-report team to optimize operations and supply chain to improve the customer experience through increased accuracy and reliability and reduce recurring annual costs by over $150 million.
At Expedia, Dewayne led Word-wide Project Services and Technology Products and provided strategic planning organizational transformation, and program delivery across the US, Europe, and Asia-Pacific regions. A recent Navistar joint venture saw Melina deliver a complex IT initiative launching a new vehicle manufactured in the Springfield, OH plant. Melina led IT process improvement efforts to bring more streamlined and ergonomic processes to the assembly line, and developed detailed program plans to ensure contractual alignment and compliance with governmental regulatory requirements between the joint venture partners. Integrating foundational Organizational Change Management (OCM) principles into the program, Melina created a “Team of Champions” who were key stakeholders in ongoing process improvement initiatives. She also created a piloting methodology to engage stakeholders in user training and deployment strategies, ensuring that business voices were well represented and visible throughout.
Melina managed the entire program and project lifecycles from planning to closeout, guiding a team of Project Managers who completed ten large projects comprised of over 40 applications and interfaces, delivering them on time and within budget.
When a Navistar division’s ability to bid on critical Federal Government programs was at risk, Melina led a project to create IT requirements for the multiple vendor packages that would guarantee the continued opportunity for contract bidding. She worked closely with department leadership and internal Federal Government liaisons to ensure technological solutions supported both Off-the-Shelf product deployment and the specialized customizations needed to fully meet government requirements. Melina wore many hats on this project, including Business Analyst, Project Manager, and OCM lead.

A recent Sound Transit project saw April coordinate and lead the development of high quality e-Learning training programs for multiple departments, including Safety, Records Management, Quality, Procurement Integrity, Information Security, and Communications. April’s scope included adapting classroom-based instructor-led training courses from each department into self-paced e-Learning deliverables – a challenge made complicated in some cases where little documentation existed for the original instructor-led course. April worked closely with business leaders and training specialists for each of the six projects, which ran concurrently and involved managing geographically dispersed team members. April established an efficient document sharing process, detailed project plan, on-going status report updates, a thorough review process, project organization and strong communication throughout each of the six projects.
At the City of Seattle April served as the Lead Senior Business Analyst launching a Member Self-Service Pension Portal for the Seattle City Employees’ Retirement System (SCERS). She drove portal design decisions to improve efficiency, overcome problems and meet the city’s business objectives for member self-service, while managing the deployment and testing to include a review of reported defects. April collaborated with the City’s Cyber Security consultant to ensure proper security controls including multi-factor authentication (MFA), and used e-Forms to automate key business processes. She developed use cases, test plans and test scripts; drafted portal verbiage, landing page text and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs); and managed client communication for a smooth rollout of the project.

At Verizon Orlando standardized procedures to migrate VM9 premium market campaigns from AppNexus into Verizon’s sell-side platform, to increase impressions in their programmatic ads and reserved business. Orlando worked closely with backfill, data analytics and platform configuration support teams to define scope and collect requirements. He created a project plan and responsibility matrix to coordinate activities among resources and scheduled the Verizon team training plan to enable them to successfully book campaigns in their platform.
At Microsoft Orlando oversaw the launch of the Microsoft Service Agreement every year. This was a worldwide mandatory notification which featured complex language redirection technology to reach out to all users of Microsoft products and services. Puget Sound Energy (PSE) is a major supplier of gas and electricity services to residents and businesses in the Puget Sound area. Boris provided project management services for the Process Improvement team, successfully re-invigorating and completing multiple projects which had previously been sidelined. He also conducted process analysis and integration risk analysis for an internally developed software platform which is intended to become the foundational framework for current and future systems within PSE. This included analysis of current state process maps, and work with the SysOps team to identify improvement opportunities. He also developed future state process maps to highlight the integration path for other systems – a process that identified high impact risks to the project which were previously unknown to the team. Additionally, Boris worked with the OCM team on PSE’s new Integrated Work Management platform, which necessitated significant changes in field crew processes and acclimation to unfamiliar tools. On that project Boris helped create support documentation for Super Users, created training material, and crafted emergency communiques for the pre-deployment and HyperCare cycle.
At Boeing, Boris led high impact projects, including a 787-manufacturing floor redesign which helped the program increase production to 10 airplanes per week. Boris was also the driving force behind implementation of Empl0yee Engagement teams across multiple businesses at Boeing. This ushered in a new era of business management practices, allowing for bottom-up communication and management together with the traditional top-down strategy. As the project lead for a transportation project, Boris used the Scrum methodology to oversee the implementation of maritime navigation GIS software to allow for location-based taxation of Mississippi River barge transports. At PeaceHealth Jennifer was responsible for creating a system-wide Lean Green Belt training program. This program helped to align frontline caregivers with the knowledge, understanding, and tools to help drive improvement both locally and across the organization. It also enabled frontline caregivers to work hand in hand with local and system leadership during the training classes as well as on Green Belt projects, building relationships and collaborating to align local and leadership needs. During a project at Providence Health & Services Jennifer used her process improvement skills to focus on increasing patient satisfaction scores in several key nursing areas, as well as addressing high volumes of staff missed meals and breaks. Jennifer worked with teams to map current state swim lane diagrams that included all levels of staffing and responsibilities. They collectively identified improvement opportunities and gaps within the current state, then conducted pilot improvement projects on two units, with 30/60/90-day checks to assess progress. Following these tests, an additional slate of interventions was created, including daily staffing huddles, standard work, and hourly quality checks, with the pilot units achieving an increase in satisfaction scores by 11% and 26%. The project was ultimately rolled out across nine floors of the hospital, and it received both the President’s Excellence and Top Ten Achievement Awards.
For the IT Department at HealthFirst Jennifer worked with the Plan, Build and Run teams to identify gaps within their current documentation processes, and to identify and document current skills matrices. Standard work was created including Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and annual tasks, as well as job aids and an internal review process to keep the standard work up to date and correct. A RACI model was also created with SOP documentation to help the team clearly see and understand roles and responsibilities within the IT Department and with stakeholders.

As a Business Analyst at Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, Evangeline created a KPI dashboard to provide visibility to the sales division of their distance-to-goal metrics on a daily and weekly basis. She used SQL to pull and organize all of Washington State’s sales figures and formatted the data into an intuitive, dynamic Excel report. This dashboard displayed each SKU being tracked, which sales staff achieved their goals, and the remaining market gaps to pursue. Evangeline’s KPI dashboard tool contributed to a 98% completion rate over the previous year’s sales distribution goals. In addition, she provided training seminars and reference sheets to her sales division to teach them the basics of data analysis.
As an Event Manager for Pernod Ricard brands, Evangeline piloted an experimental marketing plan with retail chains in the Greater Seattle Area. She oversaw scheduling, budgets, and promotional staff training, and supervised activities to raise customers’ product awareness, managed point-of-sale customer incentives, and managed reporting on program results. Leah holds a Bachelors of Science in Communication (Film Production Track) from the University of Texas at Austin where she also emphasized in Spanish in which she is highly conversant. She enjoys travel, yoga, cooking, SCUBA Diving and skiing.
