BELLEVUE, Wash., April 2025 – The City of Bellevue has chosen Onit Management Consulting to advise on the reorganization of its Finance and Asset Management (FAM) Project Management processes. Leveraging its expertise in Business Process Optimization (BPO), Organizational Change Management (OCM), and strategic planning, Onit will help Bellevue enhance its project management capabilities, increase operational efficiency, and implement best practices for their municipal project delivery.
This engagement is a key component of the City Bellevue’s efforts to scale its capital project delivery capacity while strengthening project oversight and control. Onit will conduct an in-depth assessment of the current structure, identify opportunities for process improvement, and develop an optimized framework aligned with the city’s long-term objectives. Through collaboration with city staff and consultants, Onit will provide Lean coaching, facilitate value stream mapping, and streamline process workflows to support a smooth and effective transition.
Onit’s team includes experts in municipal project management, process improvement, and capital programs. Led by a Prosci certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, the team also includes a PMP-certified Project Manager, a Ph.D credentialed construction and capital program specialist, and certified procurement expert.
