CITY OF SEATTLE SELECTS ONIT FOR NEW IT PROCESS IMPROVEMENT PRACTICE

SEATTLE, Wash., November 2019 – Onit Management Consulting is honored at its selection by the City of Seattle to help stand up a new Process Improvement Practice for the City’s extensive Information Technology organization. Onit will be onsite full-time with the City, working closely with the IT Process Improvement Practice lead to develop and implement continuous process improvement across Seattle IT, leveraging best practices in CPI, Lean, Six Sigma and other process and quality methodologies. Onit also brings to the project its deep expertise in organizational change management – a crucial but often overlooked element of process improvement that uses proven methodologies to turn new processes into widely accepted “business as usual”. By combining continuous process improvement with organizational change management, Onit helps its clients develop business solutions that are adopted and effective, getting the most value for the client’s project investments.
