Port of Seattle Plans for the Future with Steer Consulting and Onit

SEATTLE, Wash., Nov 2023 – Port of Seattle’s Aviation Division recently selected a partnership between Steer and Onit Management Consulting to support a workforce and organization analysis initiative. The project will combine Steer’s expertise in airport strategic planning and workforce analysis with Onit’s facilitation and organizational change management (OCM) experience, as the firms work together to support the Port’s mission of promoting economic opportunities and quality of life in the region.

The Port of Seattle’s Aviation Division manages Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA), a large hub that is one of the busiest airport facilities on the West Coast.
