SAMPLE PROJECTS:
On a recent project for Donaldson Filtration Systems observed Charles performed end-to-end Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation, which impacted more than 20,000 stakeholders across four continents. Charles conducted numerous discovery workshops (i.e. vision identification, stakeholder analyses, branding/communications, training, persona identification, etc.) to ensure the OCM strategy would allow for a successful transformation. Charles also led communications initiatives, focusing on stakeholder awareness and leadership engagement. In addition, Charles stood-up a Change Champion network consisting of more than 60 global leaders, and advised on the development of training materials for new processes and for the new CRM system. To ensure Donaldson would be able to maintain adoption after he left the project Charles incorporated a Center of Excellence, providing a centralized hub for the company’s burgeoning Dynamics expertise.
At Dow Chemical Company, Charles led the largest transformation project in the history of a global fortune 500 company. The project impacted more than 100,000 stakeholders across 15 different business units, and was focused on the merger between Dow Chemical Company and DuPont de Nemours, Inc. Charles was responsible for designing a comprehensive Organizational Change Management program that focused on leadership engagement, and communications support. Charles conducted numerous workshops during the implementation, including facilitating leadership understanding of the OCM process, resistance management, and stakeholder awareness. Through statistical analyses, Charles was able to locate barriers to adoption across the organization, such as the need to improve leadership engagement in specific business units, as well as identifying business units that were embracing the transformation.
