Charlotte Franklin has more than 25 years of experience providing strategic guidance and program management to technology, retail, public sector and non-profit firms. She has managed major international rollouts as well as country-specific project implementations in the US, Australia, China and Germany.
Charlotte’s background features a strong emphasis on communication excellence as the key to project delivery. She has worked as a journalist for technology, business and consumer publications, served as both an internal and consultant corporate communications strategist, developed and rolled out internal communications programs and designed and implemented sales channel readiness projects.

EDUCATION AND INTERESTS:
Charlotte holds an undergraduate degree in Political Economy from the University of Washington and a Master of Science degree in International Business from the University of London (UK). She is a citizen of the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom.
In her spare time, Charlotte is a docent at Seattle’s Woodland Park Zoo and a volunteer with FareStart, a non-profit offering hospitality industry training and job placement to homeless and disadvantaged men and women.
