Key outcomes included a report outlining project objectives, data collection process, conclusions reached and recommendations for how to implement the roadmap; the identification of 8 key areas of focus to advance current practices and improve project outcomes; a framework for developing a project and program manager training program to standardize the application of best practices; a proposed program implementation schedule; and an executive summary of the project and recommendations in a PowerPoint slide deck.

She led a team of project and program managers, PMO analysts and information specialists to develop the program foundation, including guiding them in setting a framework for standard processes, communications and team norms to support the largest program in the university’s history.
