SAMPLE PROJECTS:

For King County’s Wastewater Treatment Division (WTD) Jessica served on a consulting team providing business support for the development, implementation, and adoption of a new program management methodology for WTD’s capital projects group. The engagement included a complex client organizational ecosystem, making stakeholder management a key aspect of the project. Jessica worked closely with the client and stakeholders to create an OCM approach that incorporated organizational behavior factors and fit a challenging set of client constraints, delivering engagement opportunities and communications tailored to the client’s needs.

For Washington State’s Office of Minority & Women’s Business Enterprises (OMWBE) Jessica served as project manager for the statewide implementation of Access Equity, a contract tracking and reporting tool designed to help agencies communicate and contract with MBE and WBE organizations, and track and report their results. This project required careful coordination between OMWBE; Washington’s state IT support organization WAtech; Washington’s Office of the CIO (OCIO); major agencies such as Washington’s Department of Transportation (WSDOT), Department of Enterprise Services (DES), Department of Corrections (DOC), and the University of Washington; a consortia of smaller institutions such as the state community college network; and the software vendor. Jessica deftly managed stakeholder needs and available resources to guide the project through logistical and technical challenges to a successful rollout.

For a Washington-based, non-profit biotech organization, Jessica is providing project management, business readiness, and organizational change management (OCM) services for the client’s first ERP implementation. Partnering with both client and external resources, Jessica is managing activities, milestones, and deliverables across all parties. Additionally, she is driving OCM activities and ensuring business readiness across the organization with support from the project team and other stakeholders.
