SAMPLE PROJECTS:
At Verizon Orlando standardized procedures to migrate VM9 premium market campaigns from AppNexus into Verizon’s sell-side platform, to increase impressions in their programmatic ads and reserved business. Orlando worked closely with backfill, data analytics and platform configuration support teams to define scope and collect requirements. He created a project plan and responsibility matrix to coordinate activities among resources and scheduled the Verizon team training plan to enable them to successfully book campaigns in their platform.
At Microsoft Orlando oversaw the launch of the Microsoft Service Agreement every year. This was a worldwide mandatory notification which featured complex language redirection technology to reach out to all users of Microsoft products and services. The project included the creation of campaign templates aligned with language or geographic area, and guidelines to streamline processes, all of which required rigorous quality assurance and risk management techniques to eliminate data list errors and ensure 100% reach to all users.
For ERIKS West, Orlando developed quality system documentation enabling the entire company to implement a corrective action preventive action (CAPA) system to identify and manage risks, and a continual improvement program to reduce customer returns. Additionally, Orlando engaged in audit efforts to successfully earn the company’s ISO 9001:2000 certification in 2006, subsequently increasing sales from $7M to $12M annually.
