PUGET SOUND ENERGY SELECTS ONIT TO PUT A CHARGE INTO THEIR COMPLIANCE TEAM VIA BUSINESS PROCESS IMPROVEMENT AND ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE MANAGEMENT

SEATTLE, Wash., JAN 2023 – Puget Sound Energy (PSE), Washington state’s largest energy utility, selected Onit Management Consulting to provide its expertise in business process mapping and organizational change management (OCM) for the utility’s Compliance, Quality Management, and Training division. Onit’s scope includes identifying, mapping and improving business processes supporting Compliance team onboarding, compliance investigations, and federal regulatory updates processes. By leveraging Onit’s business process and OCM insights and best practices, the project will give PSE tools and resources to help a new generation of employees get up to speed quickly and efficiently.
