University of Washington Facilities building A+ processes with Onit and Stantec

SEATTLE, Wash., Dec 2023 – University of Washington’s (UW’s) Facilities Department has selected Onit Management Consulting to develop its Construction Project Delivery Process Manual, designed to align the University’s Project Delivery Group procedures and policies with statutory requirements and best practices.  To carry out this mission Onit has assembled an engagement team that includes experts in construction project management, higher education administration, business process optimization, and organizational change management. Onit is also proud to be supported in this effort by its partner Stantec, a global engineering firm with a 40-year relationship with UW spanning more than 500 individual projects.
