WA OMWBE ENGAGES ONIT TO SUPPORT BDMS IMPLEMENTATION

SEATTLE, Wash., Oct 2021 – The State of Washington’s Office of Minority and Women’s Business Enterprises (OMWBE) has chosen Onit Management Consulting to provide Organizational Change Management (OCM) expertise for its deployment of a Business Diversity Management System (BDMS). OMWBE’s BDMS will help State of WA agencies to identify, track and manage opportunities to engage with Minority and Women-owned businesses, and to comply with Gov. Inslee’s upcoming Executive Order for Equity in Public Contracting. As a 100% Minority- and Woman-owned small business, Onit is deeply committed to the success of this initiative, and is honored to have been selected to assist.
